"I have been a State Farm Customer for a bit over 40 yrs. I moved a few years ago and my files were moved also which usually is a mess getting back in order…… I will say, “ I couldn’t be happier to be assigned to MARIO NETO, he has been amazing to work with, in less than 6 days of working with him I have learned things about both car and house insurance Ive never had explained to me in the 40 yrs I’ve been with SF . He is so kind and patient with you and goes over everything until he knows you understand. He has taken all the time that was needed to go through my policies and never once tried to pass me on to an associate and that really meant a lot to me. If you need insurance of any kind and u need some information as well, this office, Mario Neto and his staff is the place you want to be . It so nice to have such a pleasant experience. He’s definitely more than 5 star for sure! Jake was more than 5 star this week he was very kind and patient with me. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty! 5star for sure!"

"I contacted State Farm after the company I had my car and homeowner's insurance through raised our rates by 25% without any explanation. Bo reviewed my current policy and answered all my questions.
